I have to defend the cell phone companies on this one.. it's not our Faul.... Errr never mind! LOL, This is a GREAT story!! I'm so glad you placed it here. Those that know me know I've told this story to my Call Center Reps and they always laugh.. and since then I've yet to hear them tell our customers to call back on a Land line! (*note: I do NOT work for the company in this story.. when our coverage sucks, we just sell them a better phone.. eeps) Ok Ok..
